The SCANDINAVIA Resto-bar is a craft workshop where we create food using fire, water, fresh produce and talented hands. Happy Scandinavians call it "hygge" — the moment when everything comes together into a single harmonious whole.
In the SCANDINAVIA menu you will find dishes of Scandinavian and European cuisines, prepared according to Northern traditions, in the author's processing.
We, the resto-bar team, are in love with Scandinavia. We are close to the Scandinavian style, philosophy of life, and attitude to nature. In the interior of the resto-bar, we recreated the atmosphere of Scandinavia using everything natural — wood, stone and moss. It turned out to be a restrained and monochrome space in a northern way. This rule is also preserved in the general aesthetics — natural materials, untreated surfaces, conciseness and practicality.
